REALLY!? ONLY $1 TRILLION!?

Uncle Sam is in the hole for just over $1 Trillion (count the zeros: $1,000,000,000,000). I am actually surprised that it's not more given all of our generous bail-outs and war funding. Just think, last year around this time we were only $286 Billion (count the zeros: $285,000,000,000) in the hole. The American economic system clearly knows little about compound interest because it clearly spends more than it receives and that's obviously not working!
